Adam 1 and Adam 2, start for a signal 7, 4403 38th Street, 4403 38th Street. The caller wants a signal 1. They say there's a person loitering for hours outside of their home multiple days in a row. He walks on the sidewalk around the intersection at 38th and Volta and then sits on the curb. Right. Should be a 30-year-old white male wearing a jacket and dark gray sweatpants. Adam 1. Adam 2. Copy.
