Unit 453. 453. 453, we have the owner, HEMBA, calling back for the harassment at 200 North State Street, Sunoco. Regarding an Anthony Brown, 34-year-old Black male, states he's outside in the parking lot refusing to leave. He's asking for SPD to return. States the male might be intoxicated, he's covered in a blanket, but when he, when customers pull up, he jumps on their vehicle and approaches them when they exit. 2249.
