It started at Super A he was kicking cars, waving a white hat getting aggressive with cars traveling down York. He hung out at the gas station and proceeded to walk down to Franklin HS. He was in the middle of the street, fortunately the cops were there to bust him. Times are really bad, please keep yourself and your family safe.
