Pekin wants to know if we've got a couple cars that can check Rustley's, 17 North 4th and Pekin. They had an incident that occurred approximately 10 minutes ago. A male by the name of Desmond Roof, driving a tan or black Jeep, wearing a ski mask, got out of his vehicle, slashed his ex's tires at Route 29 and 24. Last seen headed into Pekin, possibly to this location, was armed with a knife. Last seen wearing a black hoodie with a ski mask.
