I’m in Fallbrook mall parking lot now. One police car in parking lot near Target, mall security car in parking lot near dental office, both with flashing yellows, driving in back parking lot.

I was just in the target pick up when multiple police vehicles went up and down the aisles and finally found who it was. I saw the man looking pretty aggressively, holding onto a young girl. Then passing the gym, you could see there was a few people looking very concerned so doesn’t seems like whatever happened was innocent. It was enough for someone to call the police.
