I have been hearing fireworks wit Ive been hearing fireworks for like 3 hours now and im like 5 min from there. Probably them
It’s the same white little Chevy work van and the license plate starts with F9, it’s an older man and woman in there, who park there, light the fireworks, then leave. They hang out at the bar across the street in Burbank. The side of the white little van has faded/peeled off decals related to exterminator. They do it on that side of Cicero and the Burbank side. Random days and times, they need to be caught.
