It's a straight 9, no injuries. Should be a black Honda Civic with a Maryland tag. The other vehicle's a silver SUV that fled the scene twice. The complainant did call back and said the other driver keeps walking up to his vehicle, throwing things at him.10-4, can I get the call back number, please? No CAD, Charlie. 10-4, it's 202-361-7228. 10-4, thank you. You can hold me in the area. 10-4. And he also says that he's concerned the person possibly has 7A because they keep going to their trunk, and the female passenger has a bag that seems like she could have a weapon inside as well. 10-4, the guy was 10-34, for him.
