31 to Burger King, 1181 5th Street Southwest. Caller says there's a subject by a green Jeep, initially heard a lot of profanity. Another subject reporting there's a male putting hands on someone in the parking lot. Black male, 40s, wearing a white or tan shirt and shorts, has a pot belly, possibly blonde hair. A female as well, but I don't have any description on her, additional unit. 4, en route.
