The caller is going to be at 3651 East Highway 146. He said between 42 and Tobacco Road, there was two Hispanic females that got out of a red van with a tag of 9212 George Lincoln. They apparently jumped his fence and ran through his yard. They since left, unknown direction of travel, but the van is still going to be at 4850 Tobacco Road.
