11 northbound from Tropicana. 11 northbound from Tropicana. White Ford F-250 pulling a black trailer with Nevada 427, 47 yellow. Driver's an HMA with a ball cap, beard, and mustache. Passenger is an HMA, heavy set, unable to maintain travel lanes, cutting off vehicles, and has no tarp on the trailer. The RP advised the suspect kept cutting RP off, driving 30 to 40 miles per hour. The 28 does not return as of yet.
