Station 20, 21. 20 and 21 need to respond. 1935 Drayton Street, 1935 Drayton Street, apartment 216. Had the resident call and advise that something in her water heater closet where the water heater itself is making a popping noise, electrical popping noise. She's turned off all of the electrical panel stuff to it, and everyone is out of the residence. Please respond. Ops 2.
