Code 3 to Wells Fargo, 1800 South Nevada Avenue. Stand by for your fire response, for your fire unit. It's going to be for a psych party. 45-year-old male having a meltdown. He's been having a very bad day, talking to himself and wandering in the parking lot. This is unknown if violent. It has not been split to PD. And it looks like you're now getting Engine 13.
