34. units responding, 1205 South Meadows Park, by the South Beat Apartments in the parking lot, checking for a negative in 31050. Looks like RP advised a juvenile hit the back of his vehicle with an e-bike. Juvenile's father is now on scene causing a verbal disturbance, refusing to take responsibility. RP's stating the juvenile's father is saying he's going to grab a 10-32. We're still in line, 1205 South Meadows in the parking lot.
