7000 Lee Highway, 7000 Lee Highway, off Shaliford and McCutcheon, in front of Stevens Insurance. There is a older white female with gray hair pushing a cart, screaming and yelling, was screaming and yelling at no one. Now there's another homeless party that's walked up, a white male wearing a black shirt and black hat, and they're arguing in store. She was mumbling and talking to herself. Not sure if she's under the influence or a possible mental health consumer.
