Priority 3206 Poplar at East High in the Park. Concerning citizen advisor, there's a male, Black, light brown and gray eyes, about 5'8", gray and white, torn shirt, black shorts. Started yelling and threatening her with a lighter as she was walking the trail. It happened five minutes ago. There's several juveniles in the area. She's concerned for them. 3206 Poplar in the East High Park.
