Paul 85, Paul 37. At the Capitol building, 200 West 24th Street, 200 West 24th Street, Highway Patrol is requesting an assist for three people checking doors. There's a vehicle parked in front of the Supreme Court with their flashes on. All males, 5'9 to 6'1", one walks southbound on Pioneer. One is wearing a black sweater and black pants. One has a black top and gray or white pants. And one has a green shirt.
