Ban those bikes
Rest in peace little man
Would never let my young child ride any of those little death traps.. because you can tell that they are dangerous and especially in the street because that is very dangerous ..I am very sorry for the loss of this child.. parents should have known better than that but parents would do anything for the kids so that they don't bother them...it's sad..lots of parents are doing that just to get the kids out of their way. Kids are our responsibility and they should be number 1 in our life...
