54, you're going to have a call for a stray animal on 1112 Walnut Street. I believe it's the same dog from yesterday, a medium-sized dog with a plastic container stuck on its head. The owner of the property was trying to get it off, but she's unable to. Does she have the dog in possession? 10-4, she said it's in her yard and she's trying to keep it there with treats. 10-4. 76. 10-4.
