10-4. 3 Adam 28, 3 Adam 29, I'm actually going to reroute you for the Marcos Place Apartments at 313 North Cedar Street, apartment 517. It's going to be for a 20-year-old Black male with black and tan lion's hat, black puffy jacket and black pants, gray socks, no shoes. He is currently going around the building. He is asking individuals for clothing and key fobs. He was last seen wandering around on the third floor. 10-4.
