Go ahead. Check welfare at 4411 North 27 at the Casey's. Got a passerby calling in on two juveniles. Two 12-year-old black males, one a silk bonnet, white t-shirt, second in a black t-shirt and black pants. Going up to customers, trying to sell baseball cards, saying they're trying to raise money to go to Kentucky for basketball tournament.
