Suspicious. 1691 Meadowbrook, 1691 Meadowbrook, crosses of Briarwood and Strandwick. My cabin's advising that she's seen her neighbor walk through her yard four different times a day on her camera. It's a older white female wearing a black jacket and a purple scarf. It's an ongoing issue.
