Radio Engine 22, responding on a medical Charlie. It's going to be at the Kroger, 27 and Broadway. 2710 West Broadway, cross of South 28. They had a male who appeared to pass out multiple times. Black male, gray shirt, gray and white shorts. However, they now advise he is up and walking off towards the McDonald's.
