Started, the call was at 127 East Dixon Boulevard at Pizza Inn. The manager called, advised he arrived, white male, brown jacket, backpack, was doing Chapter 90. He told him to leave. He refused. And when he saw him calling us, he's walked off. He's walking towards Burger King at this time. Caller advised he does have Chapter 90 on him. on the 30, he's en route.
