29 and Holdrens on the northeast corner. We had Jacob calling in as a passerby. He'll accept. Says there were approximately 10 juveniles on location. Two males were fighting as he was starting by. He's not sure if they're still physical. Said it was in front of Clinton Elementary. He also refused to give us a description. Said we'll have to go check now. The northeast corner of 29 and Holdrens, by Clinton Elementary. Received, 21 and Fremont.
