Radio 1st Division, CO. I'm getting a, it was put up as a reckless driver in the area of East Main and North 1st, but it seems to be some juveniles driving golf carts and scooters in the traffic lanes through downtown. Are you okay with ATL, or would you like me to send someone to attempt to locate? Yeah, there's no telling what they're up to, so send some cars by there if they are clear. 10-4, 114 Adam, 111 Adam.
