Lake. Nature unknown, Southwood Village Apartments, 4401 South 27. We have an open line with multiple people, verbal. Sounds like the call is pretty muffled. The phone number that it comes back to in local is 214 Road and 18-year-old female. We can still hear the female and male verbal but can't hear what they're saying. We've now got a female on the line crying.
