31. Both units at Freedom Springs Apartments, 734 Western Drive, apartment 301. The RP's neighbor, Kevin Cockton, is outside in the hallway acting aggressive and hostile. Kevin is described as a 40-year-old Black male, possible drugs or alcohol involved. Kevin's a 40-year-old Black male, 6'1", thin-build with black hair, unknown what he is wearing, unknown weapons. The RP is too scared to go outside and see what is happening. The suspect is supposed to live in apartment 105.
