Go ahead.I have a caller who doesn't want to talk to anyone, just wants to look for these subjects. They were at 301 Center Street area, and she said that two, three juveniles appeared to be trying to steal bicycles in the area. When she confronted them, they ran towards Town and Country Lane, where one ran, two were already on bicycles. The oldest one is about 15, wearing all black. The other two are maybe 9 or 10 on the bicycle.
