I have an unwanted person at Starbucks, 4202 East Washington Avenue. Looks like they called in around 1130, stating that there was a subject panhandling in the drive-thru. It's going to be a male, Black, 40 years old, wearing a long-sleeved blue shirt and blue jeans. They did just call back five minutes ago, saying that he was now checking parked cars.
