County units, airing on traffic complaint southbound North Foothills Highway from Ute Highway. A white Hyundai Tucson, leaving and driving slow. Seems to be fatigued. RP's worried because there's a lot of cyclists. Unknown what the plate is. RP lost visual. Is willing, unit 10-14.
