Can you check the area of 2020 Innovation Court at the UnitedHealthcare for a blue Honda Prologue? A female is around this area, told our complainant that she got a flat tire, ended up here, and wants to walk into traffic. She has attempted before, unknown means, does have military PTSD, and is sensitive to any escalation of force.
