Vehicle burglary, 1010 47th Avenue North, 1010 47th Avenue North. Complainant seeing a subject trying to break into a car. Advised it sounded like he was trying to pry open something. Complainant yelled at the subject and he started walking around the vehicle. Vehicle is a blue car. There was also another color SUV on the northwest corner of the intersection. Unable to advise on weapons. Unknown race male, unknown age. Still getting further at 633.
