2031 West Atlantic Boulevard, apartment 208. Caller's advising, reference to a Latin male or white male wearing no shirt, ringing the complainant's doorbell saying he is thirsty and the cops are trying to kill him. Subject has been 97, doing this for about 20 minutes now. Here's the subject yelling in the background. Complainant looking at him via his ring camera and has never seen him before. No signal 0 involved. Case number 1158.
