1901 North Cactus at the Circle K. Refusing to leave. It's a Hispanic male, transient, 5'8", 230 pounds, all black clothing, unknown weapons. Possibly 390. He was trying to steal beer. No force being used. Do you have a Gary there for contact at 20-30 hours? Anyone to back up?
