Just code 14, you may have difficulty getting in there. There's a lot of traffic. They're advising that it is at Lot 7, but they mapped this intersection. Male caller stated a vehicle hit his car and fled. Per Rapid, the caller is no longer mapping at the location, is driving westbound on 4th Avenue. 7-0.
