I think they should no longer have aftershock in this area. Nothing but problems.

Blaming aftershock is crazy. It’s a river this could have happened anytime of the year just because there is a big event does not mean it is to blame.

We couldn’t find him.the rescue people weren’t searching in the direction the flow would take him. We never heard him at all came with life jackets. It’s super shallow in most of the area so I’m hoping he swam to shore instead of making it out to the Sacramento. If you listen to the emergency calls, it sounds like they gave up after an hour, and they wouldn’t let us assist in the area, even with our dinghy engine off. Rookies trying to sa

I believe the guy didn't make it. He was screaming for help in the river. 2 boats went passed him, didn't throw him a life jacket or tried to help him. The second boat stopped to record. He went under and never came back up. Disgusting people!
