164. Both units, hazards, suspect in the area, 2115 South 197th, 2115 South 197th Street. Caller's Laura. She would like to be seen. She, correction, she is requesting a phone call. Doesn't need to be seen in person. States there's 4 to 5 juveniles on e-bikes on the blind corner, refusing to move out of the way for vehicles. Total of 12 to 15 kids. Some are just standing in the street. 4 Patrol 13.
