9521 at Channel 4. Go ahead. We were sitting in the area of 23 and Griffin, just around the corner from this balloon release, and we saw a black Hyundai SUV traveling at a high rate of speed, blowing stop signs. We're touring the area for it, but we lost sight of it. We weren't able to get a plate. We weren't even able to light it up. Copy, 23.
