Central Northside, possible DWI, 65 and Division, heading northbound. White SUV, swerving, struck a concrete barrier and kept driving. SUV sped up and can no longer see them. 311, 318, the female is yelling at the other female. It's a female, white, straight-blown hair, a black top. Additional pending, check will be made. Previously out at 1660 North Marlin Avenue, checking on the caller.Go check the UI, 65 and Division.
