What do you got? Suspicious person, only one call, 5202 West George, 5202 George. Caller states a male Hispanic wearing all black and a blue glove on his right hand has been riding back and forth in the alley for about an hour, constantly checking his phone and caller's never seen him. Unknown weapons, no drinking or drugs. 10-4, we'll check it out.
