The problem is they were banned from that location as some of them are rude. Krogers and Crunch also banned them. Kroger has reported a group of teens trying to resell stolen candy in their parking lot many times. They stole it from Kroger and that’s the issue. They were walking up to car windows at the traffic lights too-which is not safe at that intersection at all.
I don’t know what the problem is of some kids trying to sell candy. At least they’re out there trying to work for the money
