Go ahead. Check welfare. 939 North 33rd Street, Peter Pan Park. Caller says that there's a 30-year-old black male in a black shirt with yellow shorts walking eastbound on the trail yelling and cussing. Caller believes that they were possibly having a 3-8 issue at the time that Bowie ended the call. He was almost at 33rd Street. Did come in about an hour ago now. Unknown if you're 19, 10-4 and 11 scene. 939 North 33, Peter Pan Park.
