Any units that can be en route with Romeo 22, 21 Charlie in progress, Treehouse Village, 117 Southeast 16th Ave. Caller reported there's juveniles going into cars. Thinks he overheard them attempting to hotwire them. It's two Bravo Mike subjects, saw them pulling on the handles. They got into a white 2009 BMW. They're inside of the white four-door BMW sedan, in the backseat, one in the jersey seat. The first subject's a Bravo Mike, slim-build, about 13 to 14, unknown last seen wearing. He only saw the silhouette of the second subject.
