725 Ocean. Go ahead. It's a shoplift at Target at 4515 East Thomas for Hispanic male, 20s, 5'9", thin, with a black hoodie, black shorts, no weapons, has a backpack full of items, and still inside the store. He arrived on scooter. Contact Robert at 1414. He's still inside the store. I'm waiting on callback if they detain him or give direction of travel if he leaves.
