back for the disorderly at number one hair braiding. It's going to be 118, 118 Smallwood Village Center. 1017 is Cynthia. She's advising there is a male upset because he came in to get a haircut, but they only braids. The subject appears sick side. It's going to be a number two male, black jacket. He's inside the TA. There's one other customer and 45 employee. She doesn't feel safe disconnecting. The subject is alone in the 10th building, doesn't see any weapons, and he's just sitting there refusing to leave.
