10-5 that location. 10-4, that's in regards to level 1 mobilization for Cedar and Wade. UTL lieutenant just advised updated description for two male, Black male, physical mass. Cedar, shot up the park. Both perp looks young, thin, wearing white socks. Reflects on his eating habit, he's not getting much of a day off.

In regards to the level 1, it's updated description, in regards to a couple of two male Blacks, wearing all black, light blue shirts, you can match the black hoodie, black pants, black pants and black sneakers, shot in the heart.

CAD time 1518 hours, authority of the 1 to the lieutenant, call level 1 mobilization, rescue male shots, mobilization point is Cedar and Boyd, for two male perp, wearing all black, running a black minivan on Gordon, opposite of Boyd Street.
