12-1304. 1304. Set you an 88, 5543 Brookstone Drive. There's a lady walking in the neighborhood. Older white female, short blonde hair, wearing aqua colored t-shirt and khaki shorts. Complainant advised, subject claimed to be his neighbor, but he knows she's not. She's scratching her arm, jumping side to side, possibly under the influence of something based on her behavior.
