We're gonna have a theft at the Stowe-Monroe Falls Library, 3512 Darryl Road. Black male, black hoodie and jeans, just walked out with two books. States that he has curly hair with a backpack. Unknown direction of travel. States that he did take books yesterday as well and damaged them. Copy, you'll be on foot. Caller's still getting further. I copy. Does the caller want to prosecute? Stand by.
