Possible burglary in progress. 216 26th Street Northwest. 216 26th Street Northwest. Caller advised that there's a vacant house across the street from him. He believes there's a young male and a female in their 20s that broke in and are stealing things. He observes them carry something out of the house and put it in a dark-colored vehicle. He's not able to give me much of a description of what he sees.
