Assist is speaking to a female at the intersection of 20 and Cadle. She had someone throw something at her in Willoughby and was refusing to pull over in Willoughby. We had her on the line. She was going to pull over on Cadle. Willoughby's just asking if you can direct her to go back to their station. She was not very cooperative.
